Size of portrait: 9 x 6 inches;

Size of front portrait aperture: 8.5 x 5.75 inches.

Weight: 1.4 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed).

Reasonable condition for its age - some knocks to and pieces missing from gilt gesso frame (at bottom righthand corner).

This antique painting has some woodworm holes but these have been treated to eradicate.

Priced accordingly.

A little note about shipping:

This beautiful piece is very old, and its gesso plaster frame is naturally rather delicate. We will pack it with the utmost care to help it reach you safely. That said, it’s possible that fragments of plaster may loosen in transit — this is quite normal for antique frames of this kind. By purchasing, you’re accepting this small risk when shipping by courier. Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer refunds or returns for losses of gesso that may occur in delivery.
