Set of 4 antique pewter measures. Non-matching set - 2 larger measures are 0.5l and 0.25l and from the same set. Both are stamped with the maker's mark, place, month and year as follows: "R Schwenger, Goslar AM" and "Reichszinn 25 Juni 1887". Sourced in the south of France - but 2 largest are obviously of German origin. Nice set of graduated tankard shape measures. Size: 0.5l measure: height: 5.5 inches; diameter: 3 inches; 0.25l measure: height: 4.25 inches; diameter: 2.75 inches. Small measures: Larger: 3 inches; diameter: 1.5 inches; Double Centilitre: height: 2 inches; diameter: 1.25 inches. Combined weight: 900g (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - superficial marks and scratches, dings & dents, and the smallest has a hole in the base (so display only) but all part of their charm and character. Priced accordingly.
