Pair antique German wooden apothecary pharmacy storage jars (2nd pair). German, circa 1910. Originally from a pharmacy in the Black Forest region. They have wooden lids and bottoms with thick card bodies. Labelled: "Herba Verbeanae" and "Ammoniacum". Size: Height: 6 inches; top diameter: 4 inches. Combined weight: allow up to 1 kg once packed. Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches and some paint loss but all part of their charm and character. Priced accordingly. Best described as shabby chic.
