Large antique Victorian Toleware deed strong box by Milners. English, 19th Century. Brass lid handle with "Milners", maker's plaque inside lid which reads "Milners, Not Fire Resisting, Liverpool, Manchester & London". Key is present. Size: 19 x 13 x 8 inches. Weight: 5.6 kg (allow 10 kg volumetric weight once packed). Tatty condition, commensurate with age and use - various marks and scratches, corroded and well worn but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
