Large antique Victorian Gothic Revival brass barleytwist church altar candlestick. English, circa 1890-1900. From a church or chapel. Size: Height: 19.5 inches; base diameter: 7 inches; top diameter: 6.5 inches. Weight: 2.8 kg (allow 8 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches with some corrosion in dish and a bit wobbly but all part of its charm and character. Best suited to display only as stem is a bit wobbly. Priced accordingly.
