Large antique meat plate platter from an ocean liner. English, Victorian, circa 1890. Maker's stamp on base - Royal Porcelain, Worcester, Transport Services. TS and crown and anchor nautical symbol. Drainage channels for meat juices. Size: 21 x 18 inches. Weight: 4.2 kg (allow up to 10 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, some crazing and base has some chips but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. Wonderful old meat plate for large family occasions and celebrations. Collection from Brockley, London SE4 obviously preferred as the plate is large and heavy.
