Antique Victorian large shop display jar with ground glass stopper. English, circa 1890. Comes with antique contents: pastries or fancy cakes of some sort - age unknown but pre-war (circa 1920s). Not to be eaten - display only! The top is sealed shut, so sold as seen. Size: Height: 21 inches; Top diameter: 4.5 inches. Weight: 5.1 kg.
