Large antique copper saucepan with cast iron handle and lifting handle. French, circa 1890. No maker's mark apparent. Copper with original tinned interior and cast iron handles. Heavy duty, no nonsense pan. Size: Diameter: 10 inches; Depth: 6.5 inches; Gauge/thickness: 1 mm. Weight: 3.9 kg (allow 10 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, dings & dents and no lid. Priced accordingly. Copper is the chef's pan of choice due to its ability to heat and retain heat. A real beast of a pan - you can't buy the same quality these days.
