Antique watercolour painting portrait of a white dog German Shepherd Husky Samoyed signed Edward W Ball 1930. English, dated 1930. Watercolour on board. Wooden frame. Signed by the artist. Portrait of a family pet - not absolutely sure of the breed of dog - possibly German Shepherd, Husky or Samoyed but am no doggy expert. Size of frame: 18.5 x 14.5 inches. Size of painting: 16 x 12.25 inches. Size of front aperture: 12 x 9.5 inches. Weight: 1.1 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches to frame and some foxing to card mount but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
