It is hard to determine the date of this cushion as it has several dates on it - 64 on base, 1971 on one edge, 1865 and 1954 on the other edge and the word "Devenish" on the other edge. The top cross stitch embroidery has an emblem with dragon and shield with cross. "Devenish Island is a historic and scenic island in Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.
