Antique vintage Continental rural landscape oil painting of children at play at harvest time. Continental, German School, circa 1930s. WW2 period. Unsigned, artist unknown. Berlin maker's label on reverse. Oil on canvas. Depicts Aryan children at play around a haystack at harvest time. A piece of social history. Size: 21 x 16 inches. Weight: 625g (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and a small area of damage to canvas with a repair to reverse but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
