Elaborate gilt gesso frame (more modern). Depicts 4 terriers investigating a rat. Size of frame: 20 x 18.25 inches; Size of canvas: 14 x 12 inches; Size of front painting aperture: 13.5 x 11.75 inches. Weight: 2.6 kg (allow 6 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, craquelure and some damage to canvas with a repair to reverse but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
