Antique Victorian mahogany box with marine seascape on lid. English, circa 1890. The lid has been overlaid with an antique canvas from a marine seascape with a tall sailing ship. Hinged, red painted interior. Size: 12 x 6 x 6 inches. Weight: 1.2 kg (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, tatty canvas with lots of paint loss and no key but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
