Antique Victorian landscape oil painting of path, woods and cottage. English School, mid Victorian, circa 1840-80. Unsigned, artist unknown. Oil on canvas. Depicts a path, woods, ponds, cottage and cloudy sky. Size: 18 x 12 inches. Weight: 500g (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and the canvas has been remounted onto new backing at some point in its life but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
