Antique Victorian handmade black cotton and silk cape size S UK 10. French, circa 1890. Ruffle silk stand up collar, crochet lace top with bow decoration; hook and eye fastening at neck. Size: Length at back: 17 inches. Weight: 350g (allow 500g once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - some loose threads on back ie small hole in crochet layer but easily fixed with a stitch so not absolutely perfect. Priced accordingly. Great costume for play or theatre production.
