Antique Victorian Girandole wall mirror with candelabra and engraved flower decoration

Antique Victorian Girandole wall mirror with candelabra and engraved flower decoration. English, circa 1880. Bevelled edge with engraved flower decoration, red velvet frame, cut glass candle dishes with brass candle holders. In the centre of the arms is a bevel edge shield with a reverse cut Caduceus symbol: "the Caduceus is the traditional symbol of Hermes and features two snakes winding around an often winged staff. It is often mistakenly used as a symbol of medicine instead of the Rod of Asclepius, especially in the United States". Size: Height: 16.5 inches; width: 13 inches. Weight: 2.8 kg (allow up to 10 kg volumetric weight once packed). Postage may seem on the high side but it is a very delicate item and I have to allow for adequate packaging and a strong box and probably a box within a box. I always refund any overpayment of postage once packed up. Very good condition.
