Antique Victorian copper two handled cooking pan. English, early Victorian, circa 1840. No maker's mark apparent. Copper with two handles, no lid. Castellated construction on base. Size: Length: 10.5 inches; width: 6 inches; depth: 6 inches. Weight: 2.5 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Copper is the first choice of all top chefs because of its ability to conduct heat quickly and evenly. Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks and scratches and some dents and misshapen rim but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. Ideal display item (if not to be used).
