Antique river landscape oil painting of cows on stone bridge. Origin unknown but possibly French, circa 1890. Unsigned, artist unknown. Oil on board. Gilt gesso frame. Depicts farmer herding cows on stone bridge, with church and mountains in background. Size of frame: 21.25 x 17.25 inches. Size of painting: 14 x 10.25 inches. Weight: 2.8 kg (allow 6 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and some cracks to gesso frame but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
