Antique oil painting study of a church memorial monument. English School, circa 1860-90. Unsigned, artist unknown. Oil on mahogany hand cut panel . Elaborate gilt gesso frame. Size of frame: 19 x 15 inches; Size of panel: 17 x 13 inches; Size of front painting aperture: 16.5 x 12.5 inches. Weight: 863g (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and some knocks to and pieces missing from gilt frame but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
