Antique oak trinket box with silver shield plaque. English, circa 1910-20. Oak with beading on lid edge, silver plated shield plaque, hinged, divided interior. May originally have been a writing box. Size: 12 x 8 x 2.5 inches. Weight: 1.13 kg (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches and some damage to beading at corners but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
