Antique miniature portable hand driven sewing machine in original mahogany box. English, circa 1880-1900. Mahogany box, brass handle, no key. No maker's name apparent. Hand decorated, hand powered, wooden handle. Size: Box: 11.25 x 6 x 9.25 inches; Width of feet: 4.5 inches; base: 6 x 3.25 inches; height: 8.25 inches; diameter of wheel: 5 inches. Weight in box: 5.2 g (allow up to 8 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - some minor corrosion but all part of its charm and character - see video for functionality. Priced accordingly.
