Antique Gothic wooden oak church kneeling stool. English, circa 1870-90. Originally from a church. Handcarved decoration, embroidered wool cross stitch top, patched. Size: top: 16.5 x 10.5 inches; height: 9 inches. Weight: 3.6 kg (allow 7 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches and a hole in the top and a blue fabric patch has been added underneath but all part of its charm and character.
