Antique Georgian portrait of The Rev Isaac Nelson. Isaac Nelson (1809–1888) was an Irish Presbyterian minister and nationalist politician. Unsigned, artist unknown. Provenance (family tree) on reverse as shown; hook to hang. Size of oval gilt frame: 9.75 x 8.5 inches; Size of portrait: 7.5 x 6.5 inches. Weight: 450g (allow 2 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - some specks on portrait, superficial marks & scratches to frame but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. Please note this portrait is glazed (apologies for reflection on glass).
