Antique Georgian oil painting on tin of piper playing to two ladies. Scottish School, circa 1820. Georgian/early Victorian. Unsigned, artist unknown. Oil on tin. Elaborate gilt gesso frame. Size of frame: 15 x 12.5 inches. Size of painting: 11 x 8.5 inches. Weight: 2 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, some crackling to paintwork, some restoration work and some minor knocks to gesso frame but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. This is a genuine antique original and authentic work of art which I have had remounted in a period frame. I do not sell reproductions or fakes.
