Antique Georgian oak tea caddy

Antique Georgian oak tea caddy. English, circa 1800-40. Oak with brass escutcheon and handle, no interior, felt lid lining, no key. Size: 9.25 x 4.75 x 4.5 inches. Weight: 986g (allow up to 2 kg once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, some staining on lid, some splits in base and felt lid lining has some moth damage - ie left in its raw state but can be restored if preferred. Priced accordingly.
