Antique French wooden handmade pullalong toy duck on wheels

Antique French wooden handmade pullalong toy duck on wheels. French, circa 1950s. Naive childs toy. Doesn't pull along smoothly as its wheels scrape. It’s mechanism was designed to make it bob as the wheels rotated. Best suited as a display item. Size: Length of bird: 11 inches; Width of base including wheels: 3.5 inches; Height (of head): 8.5 inches. Weight: allow up to 3 kg volumetric weight once packed. Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, some woodworm holes (these have been treated), doesn't pull along as wheels stuck, no cord and beak has had a repair so best suited to a display item only but all part of its charm character. Priced accordingly.
