Provenance on reverse - artist's name and title of study: "Le Grand Route". Oil on canvas. Depicts village and pond in the snow. Slightly Abstract/Impressionist in style. Size: 24 x 18 inches. Weight: 900g (allow 7.5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks and scratches, craquelure and some small areas of damage to canvas with several small repairs on reverse but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
