Antique signed river landscape oil painting. French, circa 1940s. Signed by the artist but hard to decipher signature - looks like Momery but can't be absolutely sure. Oil on canvas. Wooden walnut frame. Size of frame: 19 x 15.5 inches; Size of canvas: 16 x 13 inches; Size of front painting aperture: 15.75 x 12.5 inches. Weight: 880g (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, some craquelure and a few small areas of damage to canvas with repairs on reverse but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
