Antique French red velvet square trinket jewellery box with brass decoration. French, circa 1900. Hinged box with red velvet exterior, faded blue silk interior, brass lid decoration. Size: 9.75 inches square x 2 inches high. Weight: 462g (allow up to 2 kg once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - lots of wear to velvet cladding but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. Best described as shabby chic.
