Antique French landscape oil painting study of hunting dog signed Wilcox. French, circa 1920s. Signed by the artist (see reverse). Oil on canvas. Size: 23.75 x 19.75 inches. Weight: 750g (allow 6 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and there was previously significant damage to the canvas, ie a large tear all along the bottom edge, but the painting has since been trimmed and some restoration work done to make it sound. As a result, the signature is no longer visible but has been affixed to the reverse. Priced accordingly.
