Antique French handmade long black silk shift dress size M. 100% Silk. Unusual shape neckline with side fastening, plain shift, deep hem, some mends (sorry not shown as only spotted after photographing). Size: Chest: 44 inches; Armhole: 9.75 inches; Length: 47.5 inches. Weight: allow up to 1 kg once packed. Condition commensurate with age and use - overall fine but there were a few holes near the hem which have been mended by hand so not perfect but all part of its make do and mend charm and character. Priced accordingly.
