Antique French handmade light blue linen cotton metis apron. Linen/Cotton blend - "metis" - lovely fabric. Handmade, handgathering at waist, blue cotton tape waist ties, some marks at hem, but a lovely original blue apron - hard to find. Size: Width of waist (excl ties): 22 inches; Length: 35 inches. Weight: allow up to 1 kg once packed. Condition commensurate with age and use - lots of faint marks, some blackish and some rust coloured marks especially near hem but all part of its charm and character. Worn in and used condition. Best described as shabby chic. Priced accordingly.
