Antique French handmade black cotton skirt with velvet trim size S. 100% Cotton. Handmade gathered skirt with side opening and velvet trim. Size: Waist: 26 inches; Length: 25.5 inches. Weight: allow up to 1 kg once packed. Tatty condition, commensurate with age and use - there is a lot of wear ie lots of holes and wear to fabric mainly at the back so you would need to wear a black underskirt underneath. This skirt is not for the pristine amongst us - it's lovely but would only suit someone who doesn't mind the holes and likes wear, holes, patches, mends, etc - a bit like me really! Best described as shabby chic - please satisfy yourself as to the condition before buying as I don't offer returns. Priced accordingly. Ideal costume for play or theatre (if not to be worn).
