Antique French Gothic wooden riveted cask or trinket box. French, circa 1880-1900. Wooden with riveted decoration, hinged, metal handles. Sourced from a French convent. Size: 13 x 7.5 x 6.25 inches. Weight: almost 2 kg (allow up to 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches but all part of its charm and character.
