Antique French copper medium size saucepan with cast iron handle. French, circa 1890. No maker's mark apparent. Copper with original tinned interior and cast iron handle. Heavy duty, no nonsense pan. Size: Diameter: 7 inches; Depth: 3.75 inches; Gauge/thickness: 1.5 mm. Weight: 2.3 kg (allow 7.5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, dings & dents and no lid. Priced accordingly. Copper is the chef's pan of choice due to its ability to heat and retain heat. A real beast of a pan - you can't buy the same quality these days.
