Antique French brass musical instrument - tuba. French, circa 1920s. Maker's mark engraved onto side - Couesnon, Paris. Size: Bell diameter: 8.75 inches; Length: 23 inches. Weight: 1.6 kg (allow 6 kg volumetric weight once packed). Battered condition, commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches, dings & dents, no mouthpiece and some corrosion, but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. Best suited to a display item or wall decor rather than to be used.
