Antique French blue gilt display jewellery stand plateau (no 2). Solid piece of wood with gilt edging, faded blue silk top and 4 bun feet. Would have originally been a clock base. Size: length: 10.5 x 5.25 inches; height 1.25 inches. Weight: allow 1 kg once packed. Condition commensurate with age - some wear and fading to top and some marks at each corner where a clock would have originally stood but all part of its charm and character. A lovely thing - think faded grandeur. Priced accordingly.
