Antique French blue gilt display jewellery stand plateau

Antique French blue gilt display jewellery stand plateau. Solid piece of wood with gilt edging, faded blue silk top and 4 bun feet. Would have originally been a clock base. Size: length: 12.5 x 7.5 inches; height 1.25 inches. Weight: 635g (allow 1 kg once packed). Condition commensurate with age - some wear and fading to top and some marks at each corner where a clock would have originally stood but all part of its charm and character. A lovely thing - think faded grandeur. Priced accordingly.
