Antique European handmade linen flax hemp gathered skirt with embroidered trim size M/L. 100% Linen/Flax/Hemp. Unbleached, creamy beige colour. Fabulous fabric. Waistband with pleat gathers and tie at back, vertical handsewn seams and cross stitch hand embroidered trim - lovely. Thought to be Eastern European - Hungarian or Slovakian but can't be absolutely sure of its origin. Size: Waist: 32 inches (with tie done up but obviously adjustable); Length: 30 inches. Weight: 800g (allow 1.5 kg once packed). Good condition for its age - small turquoise embroidered spot at waistband as shown but doesn't detract.
