Antique English decorative brass fireside trivet pot or kettle stand (no 2). English, circa 1870-90. Decorative fretwork top. Cast iron weighted base to give it more stability. Size: Height: 9 inches; Top: 7.5 inches square; Base diameter: 6.5 inches. Weight: 1.75 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Also an ideal cake or display stand. Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches and the top is a bit wonky but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
