Antique early Victorian brass dairy cream skimmer spoon no 2. English, circa 1860-80. Used for separating cream from milk in the preparation of butter. An ornate item, from a wealthy establishment. Size: Length: 18.75 inches; size of ladle head: 7.75 x 6.25 inches. Weight: 500g (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed).
