Antique Dutch still life oil painting study of basket of fruit signed B Matthys 1893. Dutch, dated 93 (1893). Signed by the artist. Oil on canvas. Depicts a basket of fruit - apples, pears and grapes. Size: 16 x 12 inches; Weight: 360g (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches and an area of damage to canvas with a large repair to reverse but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
