Antique Dutch handmade red check cotton waist pocket bag. 100% Cotton. Hand stitched, single pocket with opening, waist tie with hook & eye fastening. These stand alone pockets were originally worn on the inside of a handmade skirt which had a side opening but can be worn as a pocket bag inside or outside of your skirt (great for phone, hanky, etc, etc). Size: width: 10 inches; length: 17.5 inches. Weight: allow up to 1 kg once packed. Condition commensurate with age and use - some naive stitching at base of aperture as shown but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
