Antique Dutch handmade long black wool cape cloak with metal clasps one size. Continental, Dutch, circa 1900. 100% Wool. Velvet collar with handgathering at neck, decorative metal clasps to fasten , warm wool lining. This type of cloak/cape would have been worn (or carried) by women to church on Sundays. Size: Length: 45.5 inches. Weight: 1.6 kg (allow 3.5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age and use - one hand mend on front and some fading but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. A real one-off item. Fantastic quality.
