Antique Continental townscape oil painting of street scene (2 of 2). Continental School - possibly Austrian or Swiss. Circa 1900. Unsigned, artist unknown. Oil on mahogany panel. Gilt frame. Depicts a gentleman being shaved in the street, with two elegant ladies passing by. Size of frame: 11 x 9 inches; Size of painting: 8.5 x 6.25 inches. Weight: 500g (allow 1.5 kg once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches to frame but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly.
