Antique coastal seascape oil painting of sailing ship at sunset. English School, circa 1900. Unsigned, artist unknown. Oil on canvas. Ornate ebonised frame. Size of frame: 17.75 x 14.75 inches. Size of canvas: 12 x 9 inches. Size of front painting aperture: 11.5 x 8.25 inches. Weight: 1.5 kg (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks & scratches, craquelure, some damage to gilt insert and some wear to ebonised frame but all part of its charm and character. Priced accordingly. Lovely hues.
