Antique Belgian still life oil painting study of vase of flowers and fruit signed Dibille 1924. Belgian, dated 1924. Signed by the artist. Oil on canvas. Depicts a vase of flowers, apples, plums and a bunch of grapes. There is a stamp on the reverse on stretcher which reads: "Maison Rene Falise, 10 Rue du Commerce, La Louviere" (Belgium). Size: 21.25 x 14 inches. Weight: 800g (allow 5 kg volumetric weight once packed). Condition commensurate with age - various superficial marks and scratches but all part of its charm and character. The antique wood of this item has had a minor woodworm infestation at some point in its long life. However, this has now been specially treated to eradicate. Priced accordingly.
