English, circa 1890-1900.
Hinged wooden writing or storage box with brass key escutcheon, faded pink velvet lining, fold down interior compartments, pen tray and inkwell. Please note the lining has perished so the 2 inner partitions are loose (as shown). There is no key.
Size: 10.25 x 8.25 x 5.25 inches.
Weight: 1.5 kg (allow 3 kg volumetric weight once packed).
Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks & scratches and no key but all part of its charm and character.
