3 antique Victorian copper saucepans. English, circa 1890. No maker's marks apparent. Non-matching, not a set, but sizes are graduated and they fit inside each other. Original tinned interiors; wrought iron handles. Sizes: Large pan: diameter 10 inches; depth: 5.75 inches. Medium pan: diameter 8 inches; depth: 5.25 inches. Small pan: diameter 6.5 inches; depth: 4 inches. Combined weight: 5.4 kg (allow 9 kg volumetric weight once packed). Copper has always been the first choice of top chefs given its quick and even distribution of heat. Condition commensurate with age and use - various superficial marks and scratches, dings & dents, nd some corrosion, but all part of their charm and character. Priced accordingly. Perfectly functional (or display items).
